Mental illness is a taboo subject in some Christian circles.
There is a stigma surrounding the term that makes people
uncomfortable, even ashamed to admit that they or someone they love
is suffering. Kay Warren is here to shatter the silence by sharing
her own deeply personal story. In our interview, Kay talks about
the role (and limitations) of prayer when faced with mental
illness, and offers hope to those whose faith in God has been
shaken by profound loss.
NOTE: This episode includes discussion about severe depression and thoughts of self-harm.
